Ingredients

For the test:

• 500 g flour • 25 g pressed or 1 bag of dried yeast • 50 g granulated sugar • 200 ml milk • 150 g butter • 1 pinch of salt • 1 egg

For filling:

• 60 g butter • 1 table. flour • 125 ml cream • ¼ teaspoon tablespoons of salt • ground black pepper • 2 egg yolks • 350 g of mushrooms • 1 onion • 150 g of ham • 1 table. chopped parsley

Step 1

Dilute the yeast with warm milk, add 1 teaspoon. a spoonful of sugar and 2 tables. tablespoons of flour. Put for 15 minutes in a warm place. Then gradually mix the dough with the remaining flour, sugar, warm butter, salt and egg. Knead the dough and put in a warm place.

Step 2

For the filling, warm up 2 tables. tablespoons butter and brown the flour. Add cream, salt and pepper, bring to a boil and remove from heat. Add 1 yolk and let cool, stirring occasionally.

Step 3

Peel, wash, chop, chop mushrooms, pour water and cook for 10 minutes. Throw it in a colander. Peel and finely chop the onion. Dice the ham. Heat the remaining oil and brown the onion, put the mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Add ham and parsley to the mushrooms, warm and put in the sauce. Allow to cool. Knead the dough and leave for another 30 minutes. Then roll out 5 mm thick on a table sprinkled with flour and cut circles with a diameter of 10 cm.

Step 5

Put the filling on the slides in circles and make pies. From the remaining dough, cut out small mushrooms and stick on the pies. Lubricate with the remaining yolk diluted with a small amount of milk or water. Put the pies on a baking sheet and leave for 15 minutes. Bake for 25 minutes at 200 ° C.
