A method that will help to thread a thick thread into a needle with a small eye without the help of a needle threader.
It happens that you need to put a rather thick thread into the needle, but there is no needle threader at hand. Then you can use this life hack: in this way a thick thread is threaded into the eye of the needle with the help of a thin (more precisely, very thin, for example, number 150). In our example, we will thread a thick thread number 40 into a hand needle of medium size and thickness with a rather small eye.
Without special devices, it is difficult to thread a thread in the eye:

You will need:
- thick threads that need to be threaded into the needle;
- the needle itself;
- thin sewing threads;
- scissors.

Step 1
Scissors cut a piece of thin thread 10-15 centimeters long.
Step 2
Fold a piece of thread in half, aligning the ends.
Thread the tips into the eye of the needle so that the loop remains on the other side.
Step 3
Cut a thick thread of the length you need. Thread the end of a thick thread into a loop of thin thread.
Pull the ends of the thin thread and the thick thread will go through the eye.
Done.
