Defney began to embroider for pleasure, and subsequently this hobby became a pleasure-giving job for her.
About the page author
The heroine of our column today is Defney. Here's what she says about herself: “I received a bachelor's and master's degree in art from the University of Fine Arts in Istanbul. I continued my studies at the Academy of Arts in Bologna, Italy. As a freelancer, I worked on the design of prints and patterns for fabrics. And in parallel - for about five years back - I began to learn to embroider. I did this only for the sake of curiosity and my own joy, and did not imagine that it would be part of the work that I really enjoy. I started the embroidery business in 2016. I have a small studio in Istanbul, where I spend my days doing what I love. "

Here is what she says about her embroidery style: "My many years of practical experience in the design of fabrics, mainly inspired by nature, is also reflected in my embroidery.
