What to see at the Moscow Fashion Week Mercedes-Benz 2016

From October 13 to 17, 2016, the Manege Central Exhibition Hall will host Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Russia. More than 70 designers from Russia, Georgia, Ukraine and other countries will present their collections of the spring-summer 2017 season.

According to tradition, Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Russia will open the permanent headliner of SLAVA ZAITSEV Fashion Week.

Alena Akhmadullina, VIVA VOX, YASYA MINOCHKINA (Ukraine), Yulia Nikolaeva, Dasha Gauser, JuliaDalakian, IGOR GULYAEV, Goga Nikabadze (Georgia), DIMANEU Saint-Tokyo will also present their new collections on the catwalks of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in Russia and many others.

As always, Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Russia Fashion Week will present talented debutants to the public: for the first time, MACH & MACH, JuliaDilua, ANASTASIA KONDAKOVA, ZA_ZA, Anika, NAIDAL, TurboYulia, Nikolay LEGENDA, as well as grant holders from the National fashion Artem Shumov, CHASTO, Lime Blossom and others.
For the third time, Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week will feature a collection of clothes designed specifically for people with special needs and limited mobility.

The organizers pay special attention to an interesting addition to Fashion Week 2016 - Festival of Folk Art Crafts of Russia - "Art Heritage", which will be held from October 13 to 15 at the Central Exhibition Hall "Manege". Within three days, the special zone of the exhibition center will turn into a stylized art space, turning into a huge creative workshop of folk artists.
The Fashion Futurum Startup Show will be the continuation of the Fashion Futurum international conference, which successfully started last season, on October 17 at the Manezh Central Exhibition Hall. Young teams offering innovative and original solutions for the fashion industry will present their ideas for the first time at the country's main fashion venue. An important part of the Fashion Futurum Startup Show will be round tables and seminars by leading Russian and world experts in the field of fashion technologies, business acceleration and venture capital investments.
The selection of projects for the first fashionable Startup Show is made until October 15 in conjunction with the GenerationS business accelerator. The Fashion Futurum Startup Show will be the starting point for the first hackathon in the field of fashion technology, which is held by the Forge of Technology in conjunction with the National Fashion Chamber.
