Moscow Design Week, an annual exhibition and the main event in the world of innovative design, traditionally opened its doors at the ARTPLAY Design Center.
Increasingly, such requirements as convenience, comfort and environmental friendliness are reflected in the basis of interior solutions for the home. Therefore, many families prefer furniture and accessories made from quality and safe materials.
This year, the exhibition was dedicated to innovation to save the planet. The interactive installation "Love awakens. Nature awakens" from IKEA, presented at the event, combines the environmental friendliness and uniqueness of forms. The idea of the project was to create an interior that would awaken a love of home and the environment. The guests appreciated the installation and found many solutions that can be used in any home every day, because the basic principles of IKEA design are quality and affordability.
"When developing the project, we wanted to emphasize two very important topics - caring for our loved ones and ourselves and caring for nature. As a result, we were able to combine the traditional desire for simplicity, the Scandinavian corporate identity and the latest technologies in the field of space organization. This allowed us to create the necessary comfort, fill the interior with an atmosphere of tenderness and warmth. We were very pleased to show everyone who loves their home that modern functional and environmentally friendly solutions are available to everyone", - comments interior designer Ivan Nyrkov.
In the installation of IKEA, natural materials were used that help to maintain heat in winter and save electricity consumption. Designers focused on energy saving and tried to show several examples of how you can take care of your personal comfort and the environment without leaving your home. The result is a modern interior that evokes a love of nature and gives spiritual harmony.
