But ASUS engineers were able to cope with this problem: the new ASUS ZenFone 3 Deluxe Special Edition is the first smartphone in the world that has a stylish, all-metal body without dielectric inserts on the back cover, the elegance of which is emphasized by the spectacular edges made using diamond cutting.
Precise milling of the workpiece to obtain a strong and at the same time thin body, polishing the metal frame by sandblasting - each step is another step on the path to excellence. Thanks to a very thin frame (only 1.3 mm), the display size is as much as 79% of the size of the entire front panel of the device, so the ASUS ZenFone 3 Deluxe Special Edition has a very compact body among smartphones with a 5.7-inch screen.
In addition, ASUS ZenFone 3 Deluxe Special Edition is equipped with a multifunctional fingerprint scanner located on the rear panel, which serves to instantly unlock the smartphone.

The new ASUS Zen Fone 3 Deluxe Special Edition is the first smartphone in the world equipped with the world's most powerful Qualcomm® Snapdragon ™ 821 (2.4 GHz) mobile processor. The top-end processor in the Qualcomm line of mobile chips, built on the basis of the Qualcomm Kryo architecture, bears the title of the world's most productive smartphone processor manufactured using the 14-nanometer process technology. The new ASUS ZenFone 3 Deluxe Special Edition, together with the proprietary ASUS PixelMaster 3.0 camera, takes mobile photography to a whole new level: it is the first smartphone in the world equipped with a 23-megapixel Sony Exmor RS ™ IMX318 matrix.
A fast lens (f / 2.0) along with four-axis optical stabilization allows you to get clear pictures in motion and use a slower shutter speed, namely 4 steps faster than cameras without optical stabilization with the same sharpness of the resulting image.
With the perfect combination of high-quality components, the new ASUS ZenFone 3 Deluxe Special Edition gives you vivid photos with great detail and low noise in any light. Thanks to the high resolution of the matrix, the user of ASUSZenFone 3 Deluxe Special Edition will be able to print photos in large format or crop part during processing, while the loss of quality will be minimal compared with photos taken on other smartphones. Smartphone ASUS ZenFone 3 Deluxe Special Edition is also capable of shooting video with a resolution of up to 4K / Ultra-HD (3840 x 2160), while three-axis electronic stabilization compensates for camera shake when shooting with hands or on the go.
ASUS ZenFone 3 Deluxe SpecialEdition has a proprietary ASUS TriTech triple autofocus technology that fires in just 0.03 seconds, even in low light conditions. It includes three ways to focus the smartphone camera on sharpness: second-generation laser AF, phase AF and servo AF. The second-generation laser autofocus range is now 1.5 meters, which is three times the distance from which previous-generation systems operate.
ASUSPixelMaster 3.0 exclusive technology also includes:
lColor correction sensor. Thanks to the color correction sensor, which detects objects with non-standard lighting in the frame, it becomes possible to take pictures with the most natural color reproduction.
lSuper resolution. In super-resolution mode, ASUS ZenFone 3 Deluxe Special Edition takes four pictures at once with a resolution of 23 megapixels, and then combines them into one photo, the clarity of which will be equivalent to a 92-megapixel image.
lLow light mode. In low light mode, the smartphone camera combines every four pixels of the image sensor into one to increase photosensitivity by 400%. It helps you get sharp, well-exposed shots even in low light without using a flash.
lSpecial shooting modes. ASUSZenFone 3 Deluxe Special Edition has a whole range of special modes with preset settings suitable for various shooting scenarios. The user can select one of the predefined color filters, create photos with a miniature effect, easily remove unwanted objects from the frame, retouch portrait shots or record time-lapses, i.e., sequentially taken, with a certain interval of photos, reduced to a video sequence.
lManual mode. For those who want to comprehend the basics of photography, there is a completely manual mode. It allows you to set all possible camera parameters with maximum flexibility during shooting - as when using a professional camera. The user can independently adjust white balance, shutter speed, photosensitivity (ISO), exposure compensation, and focus mode.

ASUS ZenFone 3 DeluxeSpecial Edition has a high-quality 5.7-inch with Full-HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels) and is the only model in the ASUS ZenFone 3 line whose screen is based on Super AMOLED technology. Amazing contrast (3,000,000: 1) and enhanced color gamut (over 100% of the NTSC color space) are complemented by intelligent image processing algorithms (ASUS Tru2Life technology). Thanks to a very thin frame (only 1.3 mm), the display size is as much as 79% of the size of the entire front panel of the device, and the function of working in sleep mode allows you to display important information on the screen with minimal power consumption. The screen is covered with Corning® Gorilla® Glass 4, which is twice as durable as the previous generation.
